From Club to Institute, including expansion into the Gulf and the hosting of our first-ever Global Summit

As the year 2025 draws to a close, the GRI Institute looks back with a deep sense of accomplishment and gratitude. This was a year of great transformations, marked by our evolution from GRI Club to GRI Institute, a step that reflects our commitment to go beyond relationships and connections, actively positioning ourselves in the construction of the real estate market through the generation of essential insights, data, and trends for decision-making.
The growth of our global impact was also a significant milestone, with the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi, expanding our operations and presence in the dynamic Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, where we held the first Global Summit in our history, bringing together the world's top real estate leaders.
To plan for an even more impactful 2026, the GRI Institute will take an end-of-year break starting 22nd December 2025 and returning 5th January 2026. During this period, there will be no new publications on the GRI Hub or on our social media profiles.

- 300+ Articles Published on the GRI Hub: We fully addressed the market, from macro themes to perspectives and trends in the main asset classes, such as residential (living), offices, logistics, hospitality, data centres, and retail.
- 80+ Exclusive Reports: We compiled the main insights and data revealed at the GRI Institute's strategic meetings (summits and conferences), providing essential material for market intelligence.
- 400+ Events Held: From global summits to intimate round tables, including technical visits and sports, cultural, and gastronomic experiences, we created countless opportunities for high-level connections and knowledge exchange.
